Question 124: To ask the Minister for Transport the amount of money spent on bonuses and performance payments for staff, and the number of staff involved, at the Dublin Airport Authority in each of the past three years; the forecast spend on bonuses for 2010 and 2011; the rationale for such payments; and the proportion of staff potentially eligible for such payments which have been refused in each of the past three years for not having met the relevant performance targets or for any other reason.
