The compilation of all the information sought by the Deputy would require the disproportionate use of scarce staff resources which I do not consider would be warranted.

Question 528: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will detail in tabular form, the number of reams of A4 sized paper and A3 sized paper purchased in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and to date in 2010 by his Department and each agency under its aegis; and the proportion of which is 100% recycled paper. The information sought by the Deputy is not readily available and could only be compiled by the use of a disproportionate and inordinate amount of staff time and effort. This could not be justified where there are other significant demands on such resources within my Department.
