Wow. Reading through the written answers given (or perhaps more correctly, not given) by Minister Hanafin, it appears that she's unable to answer any question relating to a scheme (i.e., Jobseekers, disability, pension, carers, Etc.) but can answer those on policy (i.e., habitual residence, Etc.)
There must be some sort of reason for this, can you say "industrial relations", anyone?
