Question 431: To ask the Minister for Social and Family Affairs if a person (details supplied) in County Wexford whose social welfare record indicates a yearly average of 9.69 contributions, this figure will be rounded up to an average of 10 in order to give them an entitlement to a State pension; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
