Question 500: To ask the Minister for Transport if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the newly built arches of the Broadmeadows Viaduct at the Estuary, Malahide, County Dublin have not been designed to allow local water sports to continue on the Estuary, for example kayaking; if his further attention has been drawn to the fact that local amenities are also being affected; if the hydrological survey of the new bridge will be made available; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
