Question 223: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment further to Parliamentary Question No. 215 of 16 September 2009, the reason the €41 million worth of imports from Israel did not qualify for preferential duty; and if she can give assurances that the reason was not due to the fact that these goods were the produce of Israeli settlements.
