I propose to take Questions Nos. 195 and 205 together.
Kilmaclasser Graveyard, Clogher, Westport is a recorded monument under the National Monuments (Amendment) Act 1994, in relation to which two months written notification to my Department is required prior to commencement of any works. The site was inspected by my Department in May 2008 and the local graveyard committee were advised that works on the graveyard should not proceed pending formal notification in writing to my Department. However, there is no record of receipt of such notification. A further site inspection is now being arranged to review the nature and impact of any work that may have been undertaken in the meantime.
