I wish to first of all apologise to the Deputy that copies of the lists to which I referred in responding to Parliamentary Question No. 43 of 25th March were not made available to him. The lists had been available on the day but do not appear to have been circulated to deputies. However, I now attach the relevant lists together with a brief description of each one.

List A gives the names and addresses of the 63 properties transferring under the terms of the Indemnity Agreement, together with the names of the various bodies to whom they are transferring. List B gives the names and locations of the 15 properties transferring to my own Department. List C contains the names and locations of the 17 properties transferring to voluntary bodies and local authorities.
