Question 31: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government the progress his Department has made with regard to producing a legislative framework to enable the sale of local authority flats; if he will bring forward an amendment to the Housing (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2008 to provide tenants of local authority apartments the right to buy their own homes; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
