I wish to advise the Deputy that there has been no change from the Department's earlier instruction to Kildare VEC this year to hold any contract of acquisition until further notice. In light of many competing demands on the capital budget of my Department, it is not possible to give an indicative timeframe for the acquisition of the school site at this time.
