It is a matter for each individual teacher to provide their employer with a letter from the Registrar of the UK or Northern Ireland College to verify the overall marks achieved in the course. There is an agreed procedure established within my Department for the payment of an additional allowance where a teacher obtains the Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
