Question 648: To ask the Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food the number of disputes that are on the records of her Department that involve staff members of her Department or agencies as set up by her Department; the number of disputes that have being transferred from her Department to an agency set up by her Department; when such an agency was set up; if such transfer of responsibility in relation to disputes has been sanctioned by the Attorney General; and if she will make a statement on the matter. There are currently no industrial disputes in my Department. With regard to the Agencies under the aegis of my Department, disputes are a matter for the bodies themselves.
