Question 311: To ask the Minister for Health and Children the number of non-Civil Service staff employed by her Department; the specific roles of these staff; the cost of these staff to the Exchequer; the number of these staff engaged in carrying out her work as a constituency Deputy; and if she will make a statement on the matter.
