I assume that the Question relates to the Special Advisers currently serving in my Department and Special Advisers who served in the Department in the past five years. I understand that Special Advisers in my Department during the period referred to have complied with the provisions of the Ethics in Public Office Act, 1995. No declaration of conflict of interest has been required, or made, by the Special Advisers who currently serve in my Department.
