Question 173: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason persons (details supplied) in County Longford were forced to remain locked in an upstairs room in their home, frightened and traumatised, from 7.00 p.m. when they first reported a burglary, until 11.30 am the next day when the Gardaí eventually arrived.
