Question 163: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if, since the decision to purchase the property for Thornton Hall, negotiations have been entered into to purchase additional properties in the near vicinity for services and infrastructure; if so, the amount that has been offered for these properties; the stage of these negotiations; the amount of property involved; the proposed use of each property being considered; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
