Question 155: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the position in relation to redundancy payments, and in particular, where a person has served approximately 25 years with a company, despite the fact that they would have been over 66 years of age upon termination of their employment; if, in that instance, they would be due an entitlement to redundancy; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
