Question 400: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform when a decision will be made in relation to an application for family reunification for a person (details supplied) about which a report was sent to him on 12 December 2006; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand from the Immigration Division of my Department that the person in question made an application for Family Reunification under Section 18 of the Refugee Act 1996 on behalf of her husband in March 2006. The application had recently been approved and the person in question has been informed of same.
