Applications for the Transfer of Single Payment Entitlements to the persons named have been received in my Department.

The applications were examined but could not be processed as copies of deeds of transfer were not included. An official from my Department contacted the persons named and requested the specific documentation. The outstanding documentation has since been received but there are inconsistencies with the application form. An official from my Department again contacted the persons concerned on 21 November 2006 with a view to having the matter clarified.

Upon clarification of the issues my Department will process the applications and will correspond directly with the persons named.

An application for the consolidation of entitlements has also been received from the first person named. Following the processing of the Transfer of Entitlement applications, the Consolidation Section of my Department will be in a position to process the consolidation element.
