Question 626: To ask the Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government when tenants of local authority flats complexes will be able to purchase their dwellings from the relevant local authority; and if he will ensure local authorities are legally bound to ensure that the moneys raised by the sale of such flats will be ring-fenced to replenish the local authority housing stock.
