Question 285: To ask the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the reason a person (details supplied) in County Westmeath was refused an extension of a work permit in view of the fact that the person served time as an apprentice for three years with the employer; if he will review this decision in view of a letter of appeal submitted by the employer; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
