Question 167: To ask the Minister for Education and Science her views on the apparent discriminatory practice whereby persons in full-time employment who have completed the three year LLB evening degree course are excluded from completing the BL course at King's Inns as it is a daytime course; if this constitutes an elitist practice in that it excludes working persons generally who have devoted three years of this non-working time to qualify for LLB; the action she will take to remedy such discrimination; and if an evening course will be available for the BL degree.
