Question 592: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform if he will investigate the case of a person (details supplied) who was fatally injured in a road traffic accident on 27 December 2004 in Donegal and the failure of the Donegal Garda to adequately investigate this road traffic accident; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand from the Garda authorities that a full investigation was carried out in this case and a file submitted to the Director of Public Prosecutions for directions which are awaited.
