Question 359: To ask the Minister for Education and Science if a decision will be made regarding school transport for a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [17083/05]

The family in question appealed my Department's decision to the Independent School Transport Appeals Board. The board, having considered the case, was satisfied that the terms of the school transport scheme had been fairly and appropriately applied, and the appeal was not allowed.
