Question 773: To ask the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the status of investigations of the killings of six non nationals in 2004; the cases in which arrests have been made; the cases in which suspects have been charged; and if any of these murders is being treated as a hate crime. I am informed by the Garda authorities that investigations are ongoing in the cases of non nationals murdered in 2004. The Deputy will appreciate it is not the practice to indicate whether arrests have been made or to speculate as to what motives may have been involved in the killings.
