A travel document was issued to the person concerned in 2000. The validity of this document was subsequently extended to July 2005. I understand that the person in question has reported the loss of this travel document to the Garda. However, to date he has not made any application to my Department for a replacement document. On receipt of such an application consideration will be given to issuing a replacement travel document to him.
