Area Development Management Limited, ADM, has been engaged to administer and manage the implementation of the taxi hardship payments scheme which is implementing the recommendations of the taxi hardship panel report. The processing and consideration of applications under the scheme is being undertaken by ADM independently of my Department and my Department has no details of individual applications made to ADM under the scheme.
However, I understand from inquiries made with ADM that an application was received from the person in question on 29 April 2004 and has been the subject of correspondence with the applicant seeking clarification and requesting further information. I also understand that further clarification is required from the applicant to allow the application to be processed.
