Question 385: To ask the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children when a person, details supplied, in County Galway will be called for assessment for a tonsillectomy; the date this person was placed on the list; and when they can expect to be called for assessment. [23557/04]

The provision of hospital services for people living in County Galway is a matter for the Western Health Board. My Department has asked the chief executive officer of the board to investigate the position in relation to this case and to reply directly to the Deputy.
