I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in the order of the House today, Committee Stage of the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Bill 2020 be brought to a conclusion no later than 6 p.m. by one question which shall be put from the Chair which shall, in relation to amendments, include only those set down or accepted by the Government; and that Report Stage shall not be taken today.
