I move:

That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:Planning and Development Act 2000 (Exempted Development) (No. 2) Regulations 2019,a copy of which has been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 27th May, 2019, be referred to the Joint Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government, in accordance with Standing Order 71(3)(k), which, not later than 30th May, 2019, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 75, and Standing Order 77(2) shall accordingly apply.
