I am sure Members of the House will wish to join with me in welcoming Dr. Alie Kabba, the Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation of Sierra Leone, who is accompanied by the Irish ambassador to Sierra Leone, H.E. Catherine Campbell. On my own behalf, on behalf of all my colleagues in Seanad Éireann and, I am sure, on behalf of the Minister of State, Deputy Stanton, I extend a very warm welcome to you and good wishes for a very successful visit to Ireland. I am sure Senator Billy Lawless, who is not just an acquaintance of the Minister but a personal friend, is very proud that Dr. Kabba is here today in the Seanad. I wish you every success.
