I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the establishment of a body to be known as an Ghníomhaireacht um Shábháilteacht Feirmeor in the English language as the Farm Safety Agency; to define its functions and its role within the Health and Safety Authority and for those purposes to amend the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005; and to provide for related matters.
