Before I ask the Minister to respond, I am sure the Members of the House and the Minister will wish to join in welcoming a parliamentary delegation from Egypt led by His Excellency, Dr. Ali Abdul Aal, Speaker of the Egyptian House of Representatives. On my behalf and on behalf of all my colleagues in Seanad Éireann, I extend a very warm welcome to them and good wishes for a successful visit to Ireland.
