I am sure Members will join me in welcoming a parliamentary delegation from the state of Kuwait led by Mr. Shuwaib Al-Muwaizri, MP and Chairman of the Kuwait-Ireland Parliamentary Friendship Group. On my own behalf and on behalf of my colleagues in Seanad Éireann I extend a very warm welcome to the delegation and good wishes for a very successful visit to Ireland. Also, the Minister of State, Deputy Pat Breen, who I understand is a personal friend of Mr. Shuwaib Al-Muwaizri, was in this Chamber this morning and asked me to pass on his kind regards to him.
