I move:

That Seanad Éireann approves the following Order in draft:Planning and Development Acts 2000 to 2017 (Increase in Number of Ordinary Members of An Bord Pleanála) Order 2018,copies of which have been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 21st February 2018, be referred to the Joint Committee on Housing, Planning and Local Government, in accordance with Standing Order 71(3)(k), which, not later than 29th March 2018, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 75, and Standing Order 77(2) shall accordingly apply.
