I move:

That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:Planning and Development (Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations 2015,copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 9th December, 2015 be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3)(j), which, not later than 17th December, 2015, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.”
