I move:

That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the following Regulations in draft:Health and Social Care Professionals Act 2005 (Section 4(7)) (Membership of Council) Regulations 2015,copies of which have been laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 6 August, 2015, be referred to the Joint Committee on Health and Children, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3)(j), which, not later than 8 October, 2015, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.”
