I move:

That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following Order in draft:Educational Research Centre (Establishment) Order 2015,copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 11 June 2015, be referred to the Joint Committee on Education and Social Protection in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3)(j), which, not later than 14 July 2015, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.
