I have notice from Senator John Kelly that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister of State at the Department of Health with responsibility for disability, older people, equality and mental health to appoint an independent review group to investigate the running of the psychiatric services in Roscommon and Galway by the HSE.
I have also received notice from Senator David Cullinane of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health, in view of the fact that the University Hospital Waterford outpatient waiting list programme includes 8,478 patients waiting longer than 12 months, to state what action he intends to take to reduce waiting times and what consultant posts will be filled in 2015.
I have also received notice from Senator Colm Burke of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health to implement in full section 9 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2008 which provides that mixed trading outlets would be required to segregate the sale of alcohol from the sale of other goods.
I have also received notice from Senator Gerard Craughwell on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to discuss the issue of salaries being paid to city and county councillors.
I have also received notice from Senator Lorraine Higgins on the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to outline the progress being made on the construction of a new primary school for Scoil Éanna, Bullaun, County Galway and the timeframe for the delivery of a new school.
I have also received notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly on the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to discuss the recent report by the Comptroller and Auditor General on Student Universal Support Ireland.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Kelly, Cullinane, Burke and Craughwell and they will be taken now. Senators Higgins and Reilly may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
