I have received notice from Senator Marie Moloney that, on the motion for the Commencement of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to clarify if funding will be made available for the health and disability groups which were excluded from the 2014 support scheme for national organisations administered by Pobal on behalf of his Department and which were given bridging funding which will expire in June.
I have also received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to designate the municipal district of Connemara, County Galway, as a separate stand-alone lot under the social inclusion programme and to award social inclusion funding accordingly.
I have also received notice from Senator Terry Leyden of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to explain why public service vehicles other than taxis are not allowed to use bus lanes.
I have also received notice from Senator Denis Landy of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Communications, Energy and Natural Resources to outline the current status of the review being undertaken by the independent expert panel under the chairmanship of Ms Catherine McGuinness of Eirgrid's proposals for the Grid Link and Grid West projects.
I have also received notice from Senator Colm Burke of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health to implement in full section 9 of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 2008 which provides that mixed trading outlets are required to segregate the sale of alcohol from the sale of other goods.
I have also received notice from Senator Thomas Byrne of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to ensure the provision of more gardaí and resources at the Garda station in Duleek, County Meath.
I have also received notice from Senator Paul Bradford of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to provide a projection for the numbers of farming families which will continue in business in the next ten to 20 year period and if he has particular policy proposals to maximise these numbers.
I have also received notice from Senator Lorraine Higgins of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to review the decision to end the specific improvement grant allocation for roads and road safety measures.
I have also received notice from Senator Jillian van Turnhout of the following matter:
The need for the Minister of State at the Department of Justice and Equality with responsibility for disability services, older people, equality and mental health issues to explain the lengthy delay in the progress of the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Bill 2013 in the light of the launch today, 1 April, of Inclusion Ireland's Fool Me Once campaign to repeal the Lunacy Regulation (Ireland) Act 1871.
I regard the matters raised by Senators Marie Moloney, Fidelma Healy Eames, Terry Leyden, Denis Landy, Colm Burke, Thomas Byrne, Paul Bradford and Lorraine Higgins as suitable for discussion. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Marie Moloney, Fidelma Healy Eames, Terry Leyden and Denis Landy and they will be taken now. Senators Colm Burke, Thomas Byrne, Paul Bradford and Lorraine Higgins may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise. I regret that I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Jillian van Turnhout as the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter.
