I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the Order of the Seanad of 14th May, 2014, regarding the appointment of the Select Committee to be joined with a similar Select Committee of Dáil Éireann to form the Joint Committee of Inquiry into the Banking Crisis be amended by the substitution for paragraph (3)(a) of the following paragraph:“(3)(a) The Select Committee shall consist of four (4) members, two of whom shall be Senator Michael D'Arcy and Senator Susan O'Keeffe and the provisions of Standing Orders 80(1) and (2) shall not apply.”
