I have received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

Go dtabharfaidh Aire Ealaíon Oidhreachta agus Gaeltachta míniú an bhfuil sé i gceist ag an rialtas gníomhú ar mholtaí an Choimisinéara Teanga maidir le feidhmiú éifeachtach na h-oifige sin sula gceap far comharba dó.
I have also received notice from Senator Averil Power of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Finance to outline if he supports the proposal for a public register of the beneficial owners of companies, if he will support the inclusion of a requirement in the EU anti-money laundering directive for all members states to maintain such public registers; and if he will establish such a public register in Ireland in the interim in order to help curtail money-laundering and tax evasion.
I have also received notice from Senator Mark Daly of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to outline the changes the Government is proposing for direct provision as the current system is unsatisfactory.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
