I have received notice from Senator Lorraine Higgins that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

To ask the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government to clarify the legal position on planning conditions, otherwise known as enurement clauses, imposed by local authorities, which imposes the restriction on the sale of a dwelling arising from a planning approval.

I have also received notice from Senator Michael D'Arcy of the following matter:

To ask the Minister for Education and Skills the usage his Department intends for the 16 temporary classroom premises currently housing Creagh College, Gorey, Co Wexford, when it relocates in 2014 to the PPP building currently under construction.

I have also received notice from Senator Martin Conway of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to clarify the assistance to be provided to disabled persons on board buses and coaches in compliance with EU Regulation No. 181 of 2011.

I have also received notice from Senator Marc MacSharry of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to outline the reason for the suspension of the National Roads Authority upgrade to the Castlebaldwin to Collooney section of the N4, described by the county coroner as the most dangerous stretch of road in Ireland as it is responsible for 30 fatalities, and for him to reverse this decision and facilitate its upgrade forthwith.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Higgins, D?Arcy and Conway as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. I regret I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator MacSharry, as the Minister has no official responsibility in the matter.
