There is an Irish citizen who is currently imprisoned in Sri Lanka. I am not sure we should be agreeing anything with regard to Sri Lanka while somebody is illegally detained in the most disgraceful way. They are playing cat and mouse with us and treating the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Trade and this country with contempt. I do not agree to that but I am not going to call a vote.
