Before inviting Senator Ó Clochartaigh to ask a supplementary question, I am sure all Members join me in wishing a warm welcome and céad míle fáilte to the parliamentary delegation from Trinidad and Tobago. On my behalf and on behalf of my colleagues in Seanad Éireann, I wish the delegation a warm welcome and good wishes for a very successful visit to Ireland. The matter we are discussing is seaweed harvesting and seaweed factories. Senator Ó Clochartaigh was speaking as Gaeilge or speaking in our native tongue, Irish, and so was the Minister of State. Perhaps the delegation will not be able to follow the debate. Senator Ó Clochartaigh has one minute for a supplementary question.

I would like to be associated with the Acting Chairman's welcome. I met the parliamentary group earlier and it is fantastic to have relations with them.
