I have notice from Senator Kathryn Reilly that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to discuss the ongoing review by the Courts Service of District Courts, the potential closure of courts in Cavan, the timeframe of the review and when a decision will be made on potential closures.
I have also received notice from Senator Jillian van Turnhout of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice and Equality to outline the progress being made towards transposing Directive 2011/92/EU in light of recent cases highlighting the alarming and disturbing volume of child abuse material circulating in this jurisdiction and if the blocking of child abuse material will form part of the anticipated criminal law (sexual offences) Bill.
I have also received notice from Senator James Heffernan of the following matter:
To ask the Minister for Justice and Equality to outline the reasons for the selection of Garda stations to be closed and what benefit to the State the closure of five Garda stations in County Limerick will have.
I have also received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to outline the rationale for why a school's building programme (details supplied) that is listed on the current capital programme for 2015-16 should be expedited given chronic overcrowding, loss of teaching time and a range of other risk factors.
I have also received notice from Senator David Cullinane of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to discuss the need for improvements to Dunmore East Harbour, including the need to dredge the river, and if he will make funding available.
I have also received notice from Senator John Kelly of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Health to provide funding for a stabilisation unit for Roscommon hospital where heart attack, stroke and accident victims can be safely treated before being transferred to the most appropriate hospital.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matters raised by Senators Reilly, van Turnhout, Heffernan and Healy Eames and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators Cullinane and Kelly may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to wish to raise.
