I have received notice from Senator Mary Moran that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Finance to note the distress of the living conditions of the sole two families living in a ghost estate known as Carlinn Hall, Dundalk, which is under the control of NAMA, including living with sewers that are not connected and a heating system which frequently breaks down, and the steps that can be made to improve living conditions for these residents.
I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:
An gá don Aire Dlí agus Cirt agus Comhionannais plé a dhéanamh ar an chóras soláthair dhíreach ó thaobh iostais do theifigh, an tslí ina bhfuil an córas sin ag oibriú, an bhfuil sé i gceist aige athbhreithniú a dhéanamh ar an chóras sin, agus am-scála a leagadh amach do aon athbhreithniú den chineál sin.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
