I welcome everyone back after the vacation. I have a little box for anyone who has all-Ireland final tickets. He or she can leave them inside.
I have received notice from Senator Fidelma Healy Eames that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education and Skills to review the band rating for the proposed new school for Scoil Mhuire primary school, Clarinbridge, County Galway, consistent with prior commitments given in 2007, with other local primary schools classified as being at the same stage.
I have also received notice from Senator Martin Conway of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to increase the resources dedicated to farm safety training and safety awareness promotion.
I have also received notice from Senator Averil Power of the following matter:
To ask the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport whether he is aware of the details of the application for funding submitted by Sutton Dinghy Club under the 2012 sports capital programme and its emphasis on improving access to the sport of sailing for low income families.
I have also received notice from Senator David Cullinane of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to discuss the current condition of the road network in Lismore in west Waterford; the need for repair work to be carried out on the network as a matter of urgency, and the need for his Department to release funding as a matter of urgency.

I have also received notice from Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh of the following matter:

An gá don Aire Dlí agus Cirt agus Comhionannais plé a dhéanamh ar an chóras soláthair dhíreach ó thaobh iostasi do theifigh, an tslí ina bhfuil an córas sin ag oibriú, an bhfuil sé i gceist aige athbhreithniú a dhéanamh ar an chóras sin, agus am-scála a leagadh amach do aon athbhreithniú den chineál sin.
I regard the matters raised by Senators Fidelma Healy Eames, Martin Conway, Averil Power and David Cullinane as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senator Trevor Ó Clochartaigh may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
