I propose an amendment to the Order of Business to discharge the Order of the House in regard to No. 1, which is the substantive motion re proposal for a directive on the freezing and the confiscation of proceeds of crime in the European Union. The motion that ought to have been moved is No. 24, which is the motion to refer the item to the Joint Committee on Justice, Defence and Equality, which is to be taken without debate.
