That, in relation to the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service draft Ninth Report: Report on the Principle of Acceptance by Public Bodies of Recommendations of the Ombudsman, the papers connected therewith of the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service established by orders of Dáil and Seanad Éireann of 16 October 2002 and 17 October 2002, respectively, be referred to the Joint Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform established by orders of Dáil and Seanad Éireann.''.
